The Merlyn Standard SOCOM is built exclusively by Gruning Precision,  featuring both the Gruning SOCOM Front Sight with Trijicon Sight Blade, and the Gruning SOCOM Recoil Reducer.  The J Allen Enterprises stock includes all the features listed for the Merlyn Tactical M1-A, but without the thumbwheel cheekpiece and offhand rest..

The gas system is unitized, and the trigger is given a National Match smooth and tune. The stock is custom fitted for proper tension on the front end.
