At Merlyn Rifleworks, we do not buy mass-produced, pre-threaded, short-chambered barrels and try to pass them off as custom work. We cut the threads and the entire chamber just for YOUR rifle. This allows us to guarantee that your chamber will be concentric to the bore within .0001". A custom shop should let you choose whatever cartridge chambering you desire. Merlyn offers hundreds of calibers, including Ackley Improveds, special safari rounds, and wildcats.   Superior Stock Bedding   We are very proud of our proprietary stock bedding methods. Did you know that some "custom" shops bed your stock not to your own rifle, but to a generic fixture? Merlyn Rifleworks beds YOUR rifle to YOUR stock, and we like it when you check our work.
